This song is about being aware of your shadow side. Your demons, addictions, so called "friends" that drain you, and bad relationships. I learned it's best not to repress the shadow but better to acknowledge it, see it for what it is, and move on. (The quote in the picture is by Clarissa Pinkola Estes, author of Women Who Run w/ the Wolves- a really powerful book that helped me stay sane through some tough times.)
lyrics
I only want the worst
I only want to feel
mirrors breakin'
cool is a curse
slick like an eel
dreams are vacant
(don't entertain)
I protect myself
as you wrap my head
up with a ribbon in a box and a bow
and chop it dead
and say how pretty
to see it turn red
say what a pity
when it's you instead
(don't entertain)
